Founded by Marcello – a Rome-born pizzaiolo with flour in his veins – our mission is simple: real ingredients, real flavour, and no shortcuts. From hand-stretched dough fermented for 48 hours to San Marzano tomatoes, creamy fior di latte, and locally sourced toppings, every pizza is a slice of something special.
